Starting from 10 lei, the cost varies depending on the weight of the package and the delivery area. Returning products by courier costs from 20 lei.

A pre-order product is either made in AnneBebe's workshops (including personalized embroidery products), or is an item that is made to order or is brought especially for you from Italy or Ukraine. For online orders with embroidery customization or pre-order items, a 25–30% deposit will be paid after order confirmation, via an online payment link or bank transfer.

Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed by the consumer are exempt from the right of withdrawal, according to Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014.
