Delivery and Payment

The method and conditions of delivery vary depending on the value of the order, the location where the delivery is made and the weight of the package.

In general, orders placed and confirmed between Monday - Friday until 2:00 p.m. are delivered by couriers within 1 - 3 working days from order confirmation. Orders placed on Friday after 14:00, Saturday and Sunday, will be delivered by couriers Tuesday-Wednesday. Exceptions regarding the delivery term are communicated to customers by phone or e-mail by the sales manager.

Immediately after placing the order, you will be contacted by an AnneBebe sales representative, by e-mail and/or telephone, to confirm the stock and the delivery date of the products.

For deliveries outside Romania (European Union), the cost and method of transport will be communicated later.

• Pickup from Mobila Showroom ( Bucharest, Str. Mămulari Nr. 4, Parking Supraterană - floor 1, Bucharest, Sector 3 ) / AnneBebe Unirea / AnneBebe Baneasa / AnneBebe SunPlaza / Annelino

For picking up orders from the showroom / store, no delivery fee is charged, regardless of the value of the products / order. The service is valid for any product from the stock of the online store - with the status "In stock". The product can only be picked up if confirmed by phone and only if it is in the store's stock.

• By fast courier ( Fan Courier / Urgent-Cargus / DPD )

Orders registered and confirmed by phone between 10:00 - 14:00 (Monday - Friday) will be delivered by courier within 1 - 3 working days.
In certain periods there is the possibility that certain products may not be found in the stores' stock, which will lead to a rescheduling of the orders.
For deliveries outside Romania (European Union), the cost and method of transport will be communicated later.

Products delivered by courier will be packed in shock-resistant cardboard bags or boxes. If upon receipt of the package, it has holes, tears, or its contents appear broken/damaged, we recommend that you refuse to receive it and contact us by phone immediately .

Processing orders during the holidays
During the Easter, winter holidays, the Black Friday event, as well as during other campaigns of the SC Artconfex SRL company, the processing of an order and its delivery can take between 1 - 7 working days.

Payment methods

For orders placed online on www.annebebe.ro, payment can be made with an online card or cash on delivery - upon receipt of the parcel.

• Payment on delivery (refund)

This payment method will be used when in the order you choose the method: Payment on delivery (reimbursement). After you place the order, we prepare the package, hand it to the courier, and you will pay the price of the product and the transport when the courier delivers the product to the desired address.

• Online card payment

This payment method will be used when you choose the method during the order: I pay online with the card.

The website www.camerabebelusului.ro processes online payments through the online payment services of Mobilpay. You can find more information about MobilPay here.

In this way, we can provide our customers with a safe and efficient online ordering and payment service. You can pay online with your personal or company card, in complete safety. Cards accepted for payment are those issued under the VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD logos (including Maestro, if they have a VV2/CVC2 code).

No additional commission is charged for transactions. If the card is associated with an account in a currency other than RON, the transactions are carried out in lei, at the exchange rate of the issuing bank for the respective card. Card data processing is done exclusively through the mobilpay.ro payment platform. SC ARTCONFEX SRL does not request or store any details related to your card.

• Payment order

A tax invoice will be issued for payment by bank transfer or an online payment link. For international orders, the invoice will be issued in Euro or Lei.

Important! For online orders with customization through embroidery or pre-order items, an advance of 25-30% will be paid, after confirming the order, through an online payment link or by bank transfer.
