For justified reasons, AnneBebe reserves the right to change the quantity of PRODUCTS and/or SERVICES in the ORDER. If we change the quantity of PRODUCTS and/or SERVICES in the ORDER, we will notify the CUSTOMER at the e-mail address or telephone number provided to AnneBebe when placing the ORDER and we will refund the amount paid.
The CONTRACT is considered concluded between AnneBebe and the CUSTOMER upon receipt by the CUSTOMER from AnneBebe, via e-mail and/or SMS, of the ORDER confirmation notification. Therefore, the CONTRACT enters into force upon confirmation of the ORDER by AnneBebe.
For ORDERS to be picked up from the AnneBebe store, the prices and reservations of PRODUCTS and/or SERVICES are valid 72 (seventy-two) hours from the registration of the ORDER by the CUSTOMER.
The document and information made available by AnneBebe on the SITE will form the basis of the CONTRACT thus concluded, supplemented by the Warranty Certificate issued by AnneBebe's suppliers.
The terms and conditions of use may be modified at any time by updating this SITE, these modifications becoming mandatory and with immediate effect for all USERS/CLIENTS.
THE CUSTOMER/USER can place ORDERS on the SITE, by adding the desired PRODUCTS and/or SERVICES to the shopping cart, and then finalize the ORDER by making the payment through one of the methods expressly indicated. Once added to the shopping cart, a PRODUCT and/or a SERVICE is available for purchase to the extent that there is stock available for it. Adding a PRODUCT/SERVICE to the shopping cart, in the absence of completing the ORDER, does not entail the registration of the ORDER, nor the automatic reservation of the PRODUCT/SERVICE.

Your warranty claims are limited to the possibilities of eliminating defects under post-delivery conditions.
SCARTCONFEX.SRL does not guarantee and cannot be held responsible for products that are not imported by our company, in case the delivered products do not correspond to the purpose for which they were purchased. The products (when applicable) are accompanied by warranty certificates from the respective manufacturers. Any complaint will be brought to our attention, in writing, to our address office@annebebe.ro, within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt of the products, following which it will be transmitted to the supplier of the respective products.
All products benefit, according to the law, from the guarantee of conformity which represents the legal period of 2 years during which the consumer can bring the product into conformity free of charge. Conformity refers to the product characteristics offered to the consumer through the related advertising made by the seller/manufacturer.
In the case of the conformity guarantee period, the manufacturer repairs, replaces or refunds the value of the product, according to law 449/2003, Art 11, Paragraph 2. The established time period for remedying the repair cannot exceed 15 calendar days from the date on which the buyer informed the seller of the lack of conformity of the product.
You are obliged to notify SCARTCONFEX.SRL immediately and without delay of any damage noticed, especially damage caused during transport.
Until the order is paid in full, this merchandise remains the property of SCARTCONFEX.SRL.
SCARTCONFEX.SRL is only responsible for damages that were not caused intentionally or through negligence during transportation.
SCARTCONFEX.SRL is not responsible for indirect damages.
By violating our general conditions, SCARTCONFEX.SRL reserves the right to stop delivering to the customer and to terminate the contract with him.
SCARTCONFEX.SRL reserves the right to modify these general conditions, without giving reasons, whenever it deems it necessary. The modifications made do not apply to orders in progress. By placing an order, the general conditions in force are automatically accepted.

Art. 19. - The guarantee is legally binding for the bidder, under the conditions specified in the statements relating to the guarantee and in the related advertising.
Art. 20. - (1) The guarantee must include mentions of the rights conferred by law on the consumer and clearly state that these rights are not affected by the guarantee offered.
(2) The warranty must specify the product identification elements, the warranty period, the average duration of use, the methods of ensuring the warranty - maintenance, repair, replacement and the deadline for their implementation, including the name and address of the seller and the specialized service unit.
(3) The guarantee must be drafted in simple and easily understandable terms.

Art. 21. - (1) At the consumer's request, the guarantee shall be offered in writing or on any other durable medium, available and accessible to him.
(2) If the guarantee does not comply with the provisions of paragraph (1) and of art. 20, its validity is not affected, the consumer having the right to request the seller to fulfill the conditions included in the statements relating to the guarantee.
Art. 22. - (1) Contractual clauses or agreements concluded between the seller and the consumer before the lack of conformity is known by the consumer and communicated to the seller, which limit or remove, directly or indirectly, the consumer's rights provided for by this law, are null and void.
(2) In the case of used products, the consumer and the seller may agree to reduce the term provided for in art. 16, but not less than one year from the date of delivery of the product.

According to the legislation in force, the CUSTOMER may exercise his right to withdraw from the CONTRACT within 14 (fourteen) CALENDAR days from taking possession of the PRODUCTS.
If the CUSTOMER requests withdrawal from the CONTRACT within the legal term, if the ORDER is paid, AnneBebe will refund the amount within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) CALENDAR days from the date the CUSTOMER informs the AnneBebe store of his decision to withdraw from the CONTRACT.
The amount will be refunded for ORDERS paid with PO/Cash on Delivery/Bank Card-> ONLY by bank transfer.
For orders that were paid in full or in part with a gift card/gift voucher, the money cannot be refunded. The Voucher/Gift Card will be reissued and can be used within a maximum of 6 months from the date of first issuance.
The AnneBebe.ro store may postpone the reimbursement of the amount until receipt of the PRODUCTS sold or until receipt of proof that they have been shipped, if it has not offered to recover the PRODUCTS itself (the most recent date will be taken).
The AnneBebe.ro store reserves the right to reduce the amounts refunded to the CUSTOMER by the value resulting from the handling of the PRODUCTS, other than those necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the PRODUCTS.
The following are exempt from the right of withdrawal from the CONTRACT:
If the customer returns the order, they will ensure that it arrives with the product packaging undamaged, so that it can be resold! Otherwise, the product return will not be accepted!
In the event of a return, the customer requesting the return of the product will ensure that the product has all accessories, has all the original elements and that it has no scratches, deformations or damage after unpacking. SC ARTCONFEX SRL does not accept returns of products that are not in the original intact packaging and/or with labels, plastics or other missing elements.
Products that show signs of wear, use, or damage cannot be returned!
Products without the original factory labels attached will not be able to be returned!
For products delivered with the security tag/seal mounted upon delivery, which are returned with the security seal/tag detached/broken by the customer, no return/exchange is accepted, and after inspection the products will be delivered to the customer at their expense at an additional cost of 45 lei (round trip).
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract, without having to justify the decision to withdraw and without incurring any costs other than those provided for in art.13 paragraph (3) and art.14 of GEO No.34/2014, within 14 calendar days from the day on which he/she takes physical possession of the product. The return costs are borne by you.
The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered with all accessories.
Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed by the consumer are exempt from the right of withdrawal, according to Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, Article 16, point e). The products that fall into this category are Underwear, Leggings, Tights, Socks, Mattresses, Bed Protectors, Bed Linen, Towels, Cloths, Textile Diapers , Sanitary Napkins, Bodysuits, Maternity Sets and all their derivatives, in order to ensure the safety and hygiene of the products sold, avoiding the risk of contamination of items intended for babies.
Products Personalized with Texts or Illustrations (e.g., baptism products that are personalized with the child's name/event date) cannot be returned/exchanged/replaced at the customer's request.
Products made to order, personalized according to the customer's specifications cannot be returned according to Ord.130/2000 Cap.2 Art.10, letter c) Contracts for the supply of products made according to the consumer's specifications or of distinctly personalized products, as well as those which, by their nature, cannot be returned or which may degrade or deteriorate quickly.
Individuals have the right to withdraw from this contract, without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days. Legal entities cannot return the ordered products. The withdrawal period for natural persons expires after 14 days from the day of conclusion of the contract (from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you acquires physical possession of the products (in the case of a sales contract) or - from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you acquires physical possession of the last product (in the case of a contract for multiple goods ordered by the consumer in a single order and delivered separately) or - from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you acquires physical possession of the last batch or piece (in the case of a contract for the delivery of a product consisting of several batches or pieces) or - from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you acquire physical possession of the first product (in the case of a contract for the regular delivery of products over a specified period of time).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example, a letter sent by post or e-mail or by filling in the Google form attached to this page (click the click here button). For this purpose, you may use the attached withdrawal form; however, its use is not mandatory. If you use this option, we will send you without delay, on a durable medium, for example by e-mail/sms/telephone, confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal request.
