According to Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 on consumer rights in distance contracts:

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract, without having to justify the decision to withdraw and without incurring any costs other than those provided for in art.13 paragraph (3) and art.14 of GEO No.34/2014, within 14 calendar days from the day on which he/she takes physical possession of the product. The return costs are borne by you.

The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered with all accessories and all labels attached.

Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed by the consumer are exempt from the right of withdrawal, according to Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, Article 16, point e). The products that fall into this category are Underwear, Leggings, Tights, Socks, Mattresses, Bed Protectors, Bed Linen, Towels, Cloths, Textile Diapers , Sanitary Napkins, Bodysuits, Maternity Sets and all their derivatives, in order to ensure the safety and hygiene of the products sold, avoiding the risk of contamination of items intended for babies;

    Products Personalized with Texts or Illustrations (e.g., baptism products that are personalized with the child's name/event date) cannot be returned/exchanged/replaced at the customer's request.

    Personalized Christmas products, made to measure or according to the model chosen by the customer, seasonal products (Christmas sets, Christmas dresses, Christmas themed costumes, Christmas bodysuits, Santa Claus/Santa Claus overalls, tree/reindeer overalls, etc.) are NOT accepted for return/exchange after 12/19/2025, as they are special thematic products that are made based on orders placed on the site, and are considered special orders.

    For products delivered with the security tag/seal mounted upon delivery, which are returned with the security seal/tag detached/broken by the customer, no return/exchange is accepted, and after inspection the products will be delivered to the customer at their expense at an additional cost of 45 lei (round trip).

    Products brought on order (order/pre-order) or made to order (order/pre-order), personalized according to the customer's specifications cannot be returned according to Ord.130/2000 Cap.2 Art.10, letter c) Contracts for the supply of products made according to the consumer's specifications or of distinctly personalized products, as well as of those which, by their nature, cannot be returned or which may degrade or deteriorate quickly;

    Consumer information

    Individuals have the right to withdraw from this contract, without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days. Legal entities cannot return the ordered products. The withdrawal period for individuals expires after 14 days from:

    • the day of conclusion of the contract (from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by you, takes physical possession of the products (in the case of a sales contract))
    • the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you acquires physical possession of the last product (in the case of a contract for multiple goods ordered by the consumer in a single order and delivered separately)
    • the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by you, takes physical possession of the last lot or piece (in the case of a contract for the delivery of a product consisting of several lots or pieces)
    • the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you takes physical possession of the first product (in the case of a contract for the periodic delivery of products over a specified period of time)

    To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example, a letter sent by post or e-mail or by filling in the Google form attached to this page ( click here ). For this purpose, you may use the attached withdrawal form; however, its use is not mandatory. If you use this option, we will send you without delay, on a durable medium, for example by e-mail/sms/telephone, confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal request.

    To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication at least 12 hours before the expiration of the withdrawal period. If you withdraw your order, we will reimburse any amount we have received from you, except for the costs of delivery (round trip). If you choose to withdraw from the contract and request the return of the products, this can be done in 2 ways:

    • By our courier - product return cost from 20 RON (including VAT), here the transport value may vary depending on the weight of the product or your location. *for each additional kg or/and additional km compared to the courier's basic network and over 2kg of basic parcel (included in the 20 RON - including VAT), the amount of 1 leu/kg or/and 1 leu/km will be invoiced (prices including VAT). For bulky accessories packed in boxes larger than 30 x 40 x 30 cm in the case of return, the transport fee for the return will be at least 50 lei and the volumetric weight calculated according to the rules on the couriers' websites will be taken into account.
    • Delivery to any of the AnneBebe stores - cost 0 RON FREE (the refund will be made to the customer's account and only after completing the online form).

    The costs of the Tour - Return by courier will be borne by you and a return shipping invoice will be issued, which will be deducted from the value of the purchased products. *The difference between the value of the purchased products and the value of the return shipping will be credited to your account within 2-14 days of receiving and verifying the integrity of the products.

    If the product returned by you has been worn / used / washed and shows signs of use or has not been properly repackaged and has suffered damage during transport, a receipt and verification report will be drawn up and an invoice will be issued for the settlement of the repair or replacement of the damaged/defective parts. *The difference between the value of the purchased products, the value of the return transport and the value of the invoice for the repair/replacement of defects will be credited to your account within 2-14 days of receipt, verification and issuance of the report regarding the integrity of the products.

    We will make this refund using the same payment method as that used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to another refund method; in any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of such a refund.
