What delivery options do you have available?

You can choose between delivery by courier (Fan Courier, Cargus, DPD), delivery to EasyBox (10 lei), or free pickup from AnneBebe, Camera Bebelusului or Annelino stores in Bucharest.

What are the conditions for picking up orders in the store?

After your order is confirmed by our team, you can pick up your products from our store & showroom within 24 hours. You will be able to check the material, size and add products that are not listed online.

Do you also deliver to EasyBox?

Yes, we offer EasyBox Sameday delivery for only 10 lei. It is a convenient option, available 24/7, ideal for busy parents.

What happens after I place an order?

You will be contacted by an AnneBebe representative to confirm products, availability, and arrange delivery or pickup.

How long does it take for the order to arrive?

Delivery by courier is made within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on Friday after 2:00 PM are delivered starting Tuesday.

What is the courier delivery schedule?

Couriers deliver Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. In some cases, deliveries can be made during specific time slots upon request.

What should I check when receiving the package?

Please check the integrity of the package before signing. If you notice any damage, refuse the package and notify us by phone. Subsequent complaints cannot be resolved without additional costs.

What is the cost of delivery?

Starting from 10 lei, the cost varies depending on the weight of the package and the delivery area. Returning products by courier costs from 20 lei.

Do you also deliver internationally?

Yes, we deliver to the European Union. The cost and method of transportation are determined individually, after placing the order.

How are products packaged for delivery?

Products are packaged in shockproof bags or boxes. Gift wrapping is available upon request.

How long does international delivery take?

Delivery to EU countries takes between 3 and 7 business days, depending on the destination. This deadline is only valid after the order has been paid in full.

What does "Pre-order" mean?

A pre-order product is either made in AnneBebe's workshops (including personalized embroidery products), or is an item that is made to order or is brought especially for you from Italy or Ukraine. These products have an extended delivery time, ranging from 5 to 30 business days - the estimated time is displayed on each product page.

For online orders with embroidery customization or pre-order items, a 25–30% deposit will be paid after order confirmation, via an online payment link or bank transfer.

Can I change or cancel an order?

We collaborate with Fan Courier, Cargus and Sameday for fast and safe delivery.

Payment and Billing

What payment methods are available?

You can pay by card online (via MobilPay/Shopify Payments), cash on delivery, or by bank transfer for special or international orders.

Is card payment safe?

Yes. Card details are processed securely, without being stored by AnneBebe. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Maestro. Transactions are processed in lei at the exchange rate of the issuing bank.

Can I receive a company or PFA invoice?

Yes. Check the "Legal entity" option on the checkout page and enter the correct tax details. The invoice will be issued automatically.

Can I pay in the showroom?

Yes. We accept cash and card (POS) at all AnneBebe, Camera Bebelusului and Annelino locations.

Is there an additional fee for online payment?

No. We do not charge additional fees. All payments are processed entirely through the secure MobilPay or Shopify Payments system.

Can I pay in installments?

We do not have our own installment system, but you can use credit cards that allow payment in installments through the issuing bank.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

Yes. We issue invoices in lei or euros. A 25–30% deposit is required for personalized or pre-order orders.

What are the bank account details for payment?

When is the invoice issued?

The invoice is issued at the time of order processing and is sent by email (upon request) or included in the package.

Contact us as soon as possible. If the invoice has not been issued, we can update your billing information without any problems.

Can I pay safely with my card?

Yes. Payments are processed securely through MobilPay or Shopify Payments, with full encryption.

Returns and Refunds

What is the legal return deadline?

You can return products within 14 calendar days of delivery, if they are not personalized or used. The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered with all accessories and all labels attached.

What products cannot be returned?

Personalized products (e.g. name embroidery) are not returnable according to OUG 34/2014. Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed by the consumer are exempt from the right of withdrawal, according to Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014. The products that fall into this category are Underwear, Leggings, Tights, Socks, Mattresses, Bed Protectors, Bed Linen, Towels, Cloths, Textile Diapers, Sanitary Napkins, Bodysuits, Maternity Sets and all their derivatives, in order to ensure the safety and hygiene of the products sold, avoiding the risk of contamination of items intended for babies.

Who bears the return shipping cost?

The cost of the return is borne by the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrectly sent product.

How long will it take to get my money back?

The refund is made within a maximum of 14 working days from receipt of the return.

Can I exchange the product for another?

Yes, while stocks last. Contact us to check availability and reserve the desired product.

Where can I register the return?

How do I return the package?

You can return the product by courier (minimum cost 20 lei) or free of charge in any AnneBebe store. For returns by courier, you will receive instructions after completing the form.

What happens if the returned product does not meet the conditions?

If the product is damaged or worn, the package will be sent back to the customer and the money will be refunded.

Can I return personalized or specially ordered products?

No, personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned according to the legislation in force (Ord.130/2000, art. 10, letter c).

What do I do if the product is damaged upon delivery?

Refuse the package and contact us immediately by phone or email. We will send a new product or refund the amount paid.

How do I get my money back if I paid online?

The refund is made to the same card with which the payment was made, within 2–14 business days, depending on the issuing bank.

You can contact us with your full name and order date – we will help you check the situation in our system.

Can I return only part of the order?

Yes, you can only return certain products from an order, subject to the return conditions.

Can a gift received be returned?
