Regulations of the Raffle Campaign "Christmas Photo Session in Andrea Gutiu's studio
Article 1: The Organizer and Applicable Law
1.1 The "Christmas Photo Session in Andrea Gutiu's studio" campaign is organized and carried out by SC ARTCONFEX SRL.
1.2 The campaign will be conducted according to the provisions of this regulation, which is mandatory for all participants. The regulation complies with the European Union data protection rules (GDPR) and is in accordance with the company's privacy policy, available at www.annebebe.ro/politica-de-confidentialitate.
Article 2: Duration and Area of Implementation
2.1 The campaign is open for participation from October 13 to November 31, 2023.
2.2 The winner will be drawn in the first week after the end of the campaign.
2.3 The campaign is carried out nationally, in all AnneBebe stores and online through the websites annebebe.ro and camerabebelusului.ro . To register in the competition, it is necessary to fill out the form available here or subscribe to the newsletter.
2.4 The photo session will be organized and scheduled according to the schedule and availability of the Andreea Gutiu studio, between December 1-20, 2023 at the photographer's location for a 30-45 minute photo session. In case of no-show, the prize will be cancelled.
Article 3: Eligibility and Participation
3.1 Participation is free and voluntary, open to all natural persons who have access to the Internet and a valid e-mail address.
3.2 To register, participants must complete the online form with truthful and complete information: name, surname, email, phone, child's age, child's gender.
3.3 By signing up for the campaign, participants agree to receive newsletters and SMS with advertising campaigns from AnneBebe and CameraBebebelusului.
Article 4: Conduct of the Campaign
4.1 Valid registrations are those made during the period stipulated in Article 2.
4.2 The winner will be drawn randomly, using the random.org platform, in the first week after the entry period ends.
4.3 The winner will be notified by email and telephone using the contact details provided in the entry form.
4.4 After the notification, the Winner will contact the photographer, and the photo session will be organized and scheduled according to the schedule and availability of the Andreea Gutiu studio, between November 5-20, at the photographer's location for a 30-45 minute photo session. In case of no-show, the prize will be cancelled.
Article 5: Confidentiality and Protection of Personal Data
5.1 The organizer undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the personal data of the participants and to process them in accordance with the applicable legislation, respecting the GDPR principles.

6.1 The organizer reserves the right to modify or change these regulations, provided that the participants are informed in advance.
