According to the Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in distance contracts:
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract, without having to justify the withdrawal decision and without incurring other costs than those stipulated in art. 13 paragraph (3) and art. 14 of GEO No. 34/2014 , within 14 calendar days starting from the day on which he takes physical possession of the product. Return costs are borne by you.
The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered with all accessories and all labels attached.
Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed by the consumer are exempt from the right of withdrawal, according to Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, Article 16, point e). The products that are part of this category are Underwear, Leggings, Tights, Socks, Mattresses, Bed protectors, Bed Linen, Towels, Cloths, Textile Diapers, Sanitary Napkins, Bodysuits, Maternity Sets and all their derivatives, to ensure the safety and hygiene of the products sold, avoiding the risk of contamination of articles intended for babies;
Products Personalized with Texts or Illustrations (eg: Christening products that are personalized with the child's name/date of the event) at the customer's request cannot be returned / changed / replaced.
Personalized Christmas products, made to measure or according to the model chosen by the customer, seasonal products (Christmas sets, Christmas dresses, Christmas themed costumes, Christmas bodysuits, overalls with/Santa Claus, overalls with fir trees/reindeer, etc.) accept return / exchange after 19.12.2024.
For products delivered with the security tag/seal mounted upon delivery, which are returned with the security seal/tag detached/torn by the customer, Return/exchange is not accepted, and after inspection the products will be delivered to the customer at his expense at an additional cost of 45 lei (round trip).
Products brought to order (order/pre-order) or made to order (order/pre-order), customized according to the customer's specifications, cannot be returned according to Ord. 130/2000 Chapter 2 Art. 10, letter c) Contracts for the supply of products made according to the consumer's specifications or distinctly customized products, as well as those that, by their nature, cannot be returned or that can degrade or deteriorate quickly;
Individuals have the right to withdraw from this contract, without specifying the reasons, within 14 calendar days. Legal entities cannot return ordered products. The withdrawal period for individuals expires after 14 days starting from:
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract, using an unequivocal statement, for example, a letter sent by post or e-mail or filling in the google form attached to this page ( click here ). For this purpose, you can use the attached withdrawal model; however, its use is not mandatory. If you use this option, we will send you confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal request without delay, on a durable medium, for example by e-mail/sms/telephone.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough to send the communication at least 12 hours before the withdrawal period expires. If you withdraw your order, we will refund any amount we have received from you, excluding the costs of delivery (round trip). If you choose to withdraw from the contract and request the return of the products, this can be done in 2 ways:
The expenses of the Tour - Return by courier will be borne by you and a return transport invoice will be issued, which will be deducted from the value of the purchased products. *The difference between the value of the purchased products and the value of the return transport will be credited to your account . within 2-14 days after receiving and checking the integrity of the products.
If the product returned by you has been worn / used / washed and shows traces of use or has not been properly repackaged and has suffered damage during transport, a report of receipt and verification will be drawn up and an invoice will be issued for settlement repair or replacement of degraded/defective parts. *The difference between the value of the purchased products, the value of the return transport and the value of the invoice for the repair/replacement of defects, will be credited to your account within 2-14 days from the receipt, verification and issuance of the minutes regarding the integrity of the products.
We will make this refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different method of reimbursement; in any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of such refund.
