Delivery and Payment

The delivery method and conditions vary depending on the value of the order, the location where the delivery is made, and the weight of the package.

In general, orders placed and confirmed between Monday and Friday by 2:00 PM are delivered by couriers within 1-5 business days from order confirmation and only after checking the products. Orders placed on Friday after 2:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered by couriers on Tuesday-Wednesday. Exceptions to the delivery time are communicated to customers by phone or e-mail by the sales manager.

Immediately after placing your order, you will be contacted by an AnneBebe sales representative, via email and/or telephone, to confirm stock and product delivery date.

For deliveries outside Romania (European Union), the cost and method of transportation will be communicated later.

• Pick up from the Furniture Showroom (Bucharest, Str. Mămulari No. 4, Above-ground Parking - 1st floor, Bucharest, Sector 3 ) / AnneBebe Unirea / AnneBebe Baneasa / AnneBebe SunPlaza / Annelino

For picking up orders from the showroom / store, there is no delivery fee, regardless of the value of the products / order. The service is valid for any product in the online store's stock - with the status "In stock". The product can be picked up only if it has been confirmed by phone and only if it is in the store's stock.

• By express courier (Fan Courier / Urgent-Cargus / DPD)

Orders registered and confirmed by phone between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM (Monday - Friday) will be delivered by courier within 1 - 5 business days.
During certain periods, there is a possibility that certain products may not be in stock in stores, which will lead to a rescheduling of orders.
For deliveries outside Romania (European Union), the cost and method of transportation will be communicated later.

Products delivered by courier will be packed in shock-resistant cardboard bags or boxes. If upon receipt of the package, it has holes, tears, or its contents appear broken/damaged, we recommend that you refuse to receive it and contact us by phone immediately .

Processing orders during the holidays
During the Easter holidays, winter holidays, the Black Friday event, as well as throughout other campaigns of the company SC Artconfex SRL, the processing of an order and its delivery may take between 1 - 7 business days.

Payment methods

For orders placed online on www.annebebe.ro, payment can be made by card online or cash on delivery - upon receipt of the package.

• Cash on delivery (cash on delivery)

This payment method will be used when you choose the method: Cash on delivery (cash on delivery) during the order. After you place the order, we prepare the package, hand it over to the courier, and you will pay the value of the product and shipping when the courier delivers the product to your desired address.

• Online payment by card

This payment method will be used when you choose the method during the order: I pay online with my card.

In this way we can provide our customers with a safe and efficient online ordering and payment service. You can pay online with your personal or company card, in complete safety. The cards accepted for payment are those issued under the VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro, if they have a VV2/CVC2 code).

No additional transaction fees are charged. If the card is associated with an account in a currency other than RON, transactions are made in lei, at the exchange rate of the issuing bank for the respective card. Card data is processed exclusively through the mobilpay.ro payment platform. SC ARTCONFEX SRL does not request or store any details regarding your card.

• Payment order

A tax invoice will be issued for payment by bank transfer or online payment link. For international orders, the invoice will be issued in Euro or Lei.

Important! For online orders with embroidery customization or pre-order items, a 25-30% deposit will be paid after order confirmation, via an online payment link or by bank transfer.
