Through the "Anne Bebe Loyalty Card" Loyalty Program, SC Artconfex SRL rewards its customers, participants in this program, by granting the Card, which offers a 10% discount to its holders by using it in Anne Bebe stores.

The discount offered through the use of the Anne Bebe Card materializes by applying a discount percentage, respectively 10%, to the price of the products on sale in the Participating Stores or by granting distinct benefits to the owner of the Anne Bebe Card, under the conditions set out below.

1. The Organizer and Official Regulations of the Loyalty Program

1.1. The Card Anne Bebe loyalty program (hereinafter referred to as the "Loyalty Program") is organized and carried out by SC ARTCONFEX SRL, a Romanian legal entity, with headquarters in Bucharest, Calea Calarasilor street no. 244, sector 3, registered at the Trade Registry Office under no. J40/854/0102200, Unique Registration Code 12643450, fiscal attribute R, hereinafter referred to as "ARTCONFEX" or "Organizer".

1.2. The Official Regulation is made public, upon request or on the website www.AnneBebe.ro & www.CameraBebelusului.ro, being available free of charge to every interested person. The organizer reserves the right to modify or change these Official Regulations.

2. Duration of the Loyalty Program

2.1. The Anne Bebe card has a limited period of validity - 10 years. The Card Users declare that they understand and accept the Organizer's right to interrupt or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time, communicating its decision in this regard by phone, e-mail or fax.

3. Stores participating in the Loyalty Program

3.1. The loyalty program takes place in Anne Bebe and Camera Bebelusului and Annelino physical stores.

4. Loyalty Program Mechanism

4.1 Discounts offered: if the discount of the Anne Bebe Card overlaps with other campaigns, promotions, price reductions or ongoing programs that have as their object certain commercial policies, including in the case of a price reduction for certain items, decided by the Organizer, the discount offered by presenting the Anne Bebe Card WILL NOT BE CUMULATED with the other discounts, the customer will benefit from the BIGGEST discount (for example, if: the discount offered by Anne Bebe as part of a price reduction campaign is greater than the discount offered by the Card Anne Bebe, the card holder will be granted the discount from that campaign, and if the discount on the Anne Bebe Card is greater than the discount offered during a promotion in the store, the card holder will be granted the discount offered through the Anne Card Baby).

5. Procedure for granting the Anne Bebe Card. Right to Participation

5.1. The Anne Bebe card will be granted under the following conditions:

After making the single purchase of at least 1500 lei, the participants will receive from the Organization the Regulations for participation in the Loyalty Program.
After completing and submitting the participation form to the Organizer, the participants will be given the Anne Bebe Card and the Participation Regulations, at the cash register inside the store.

The Loyalty Program is available to all natural persons over the age of 18, who purchase products from Participating Stores and who meet the qualification conditions.

6. Procedure for using the Anne Bebe Card. Cases of cancellation of the Card .

6.1. The Anne Bebe card can be used in all Participating Stores, for the products sold in the respective stores, in order to obtain the related discounts/benefits.

6.2. For discounts/benefits to be granted, the Anne Bebe Card must be presented at the cash register.

6.3. The Anne Bebe card is personal and non-transferable.

7. Protection of Personal Data

7.1. SC ARTCONFEX SRL processes personal data regarding participants ("Personal Data") in order to carry out operations and legitimate purposes related mainly to the marketing and advertising activities specific to the performance of the activity, being registered in the register of data operators with personal character. Personal data will be collected and processed only to the extent permitted by Law no. 677/2001, regarding the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.

7.2. The data to be collected directly from the participants refer to: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address. The information will be collected by automatic means or by manual means, respecting all security and protection restrictions imposed by law. The information will be used for the general purpose of carrying out the marketing operations of the Organizer and, in particular, for the purpose of carrying out the operations of attracting visitors to the stores.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. The organizer reserves the right to modify these Official Regulations and the conditions of use of the Card, including to terminate the Loyalty Program, with the appropriate information of those interested according to the above.

8.2. Please periodically access the website www.AnneBebe.ro & www.CameraBebelusului.ro to be up to date with the latest version of the Official Loyalty Program Regulations.

8.3 For technical reasons, you can currently use the loyalty card only in physical AnneBebe stores. We are already working to make it possible to use the loyalty card for online orders in the near future - thanks for your understanding!
