It was a sunny summer morning. I had to arrive together with Andrei, my husband, somewhere far away. Far from the earth, in a small corner of the universe, where a very special event was being prepared - the baptism of little Trekor from the planet Neptune. 

Said and done! We enjoyed morning coffee with cinnamon together, a croissant with lots of vanilla cream, we took a shower, put on our formal clothes, went to the mall near us and bought a present for the little one. A star wrapped in a shiny foil, painted with characters from another galaxy.

Don't imagine that it was an ordinary baby baptism - no, no, far from it! It was an intergalactic meeting where guests were invited from all corners of the cosmos! Excuse me, from all corners of the terrestrial world. We don't know that they were also from other worlds. We tend to think that they were watching us from there, from somewhere. How who? They. Little green men. They probably wondered if baptism is creative enough. We all know that aliens think they are smarter than us earthlings. Are they?

Finally. We arrived in an incredible space setting. No, we are always wrong! In a restaurant designed so that you feel like you are part of the story. From space.

We, somewhere far away, on Neptune, participating in an intergalactic baptism

The decorations amazed and delighted us at the same time.

The baby, the parents and the guests felt good among the shining stars and colorful planets, carefully suspended from the ceiling, and on the tables lights shone that imitated the comets crossing the night sky.

In the middle of the room there is a cosmic buffet full of snacks and incredible aromas. From "cakes from another planet" to "space cocktails". Cakes in the shape of aliens and spaceships, drinks colored in phosphorescent blue and green, appetizers that took the shape of the moon, the sun and matter existing on other planets.

On other tables, somewhere in a corner of the hall, were placed alien costumes for babies, ready to be worn by the little explorers of the universe, who came with their parents to enjoy the miracle of the birth of a new baby.

You had everything from glowing antennae to costumes with smiling tentacles. The babies were really adorable, as if ready to take off on a cosmic adventure.

I won't tell you how the guests were dressed! Shiny costumes, and the smiles so wide on the girls. Everyone seemed so delighted by the space atmosphere and the joyful energy that warmed the room and carried them among the stars, galaxies and the Milky Way.

What's more, in a corner there was a booth in the shape of a space shuttle where the guests could climb, have fun and take pictures in different poses. Inside there was a PhotoBooth platform, you know the one that rotates 360 degrees, during which you can film yourself for a few seconds, in order to later publish it on your social media accounts.

Ah, it was enough to leave it here! Facebook and Instagram were full of clips from the "space shuttle", so the internet was full of pictures from the famous space baptism, and probably from others as well.

But do you know that we were about to faint?

At one point, from somewhere, I don't know where, suddenly appeared, entering through the door of the restaurant from space, a family of... aliens. Mother and father, and in the middle was the child held by the hands of the parents.

They headed towards us, without greeting us, without making any gesture, smile or anything else that would make us understand that they are earthlings.

They sat down at a table and started gesturing as if they were talking to each other. They stayed like that for about 15 minutes, during which time everyone fell silent, looking at them and asking them where they came from.

They even had some very strange shaped devices, through which they sent each other messages.

Everything lasted until a certain moment...

When they finally took off their suits, because yes, it was a suit so suitable for each of them, that you thought they looked like that. We almost believe that aliens exist. Now, of course, each with his own opinion, but this is not the subject of this text.

They were guests, a family from the United States of America, where according to numerous documentaries on CBS Reality, Discovery, etc., there would be inexplicable apparitions in their sky.

They just wanted to amaze with their atypical look, let's say, and they succeeded. But they didn't just succeed, they kind of made us face the earth. Okay, let's not exaggerate, but it's scary even if you don't believe in such a thing.

And because the world has returned to normal, color appearing in their cheeks, they also started some games.

Can you imagine that the guests were challenged to use their imaginations and transform themselves into cosmic explorers? They searched for treasures on the alien planet, danced among the stars and built space rockets from recyclable materials. Laughter and joy filled the hall, turning the baptism into a real intergalactic adventure.

The guests were challenged to put their imagination to the test and enrich their spatial experience. From searching for lost aliens (guests) to building space rockets from recyclable materials, every moment was full of excitement.

And while baby Trekor was receiving the blessings and wishes from all his loved ones, his world and those around him were filled with the light of joy. It was an unforgettable day, in which the limits of space and time seemed to disappear, and everyone present felt part of a fascinating adventure.

Hey, I wasn't in space! But we were invited to a christening where the space theme kind of gave us a hard time, because we just had to adapt.

So, dear parents and friends, don't forget that sometimes, the most beautiful adventure can be right in front of us, in the midst of loved ones and special moments. In the vast universe of our hearts, anything is possible - even an intergalactic meeting!

I lived an unforgettable adventure in the alien world

The extraterrestrial themed baptism I attended was more than a simple event - it was a journey into a world of wonders and limitless imagination. With spectacular sets, adorable costumes and interstellar games, we were introduced to a universe full of joy and enchantment.

I also received gifts at the end, in the form of stars. We will remember this day fondly.
